I seem to have a growing interest in Acupuncture for Mood Disorders, because I've seen it work well in some of my clients in the last few years. I've watched the treatments calm the nervous system and bolster the ability to handle life's stressors - all with no side effects. Now, an acupuncturist in Britain is doing a study on acupuncture and depression using three groups - one receiving GP care and acupuncture, one receiving GP care and counseling and one receiving only GP care. I'm curious to see the results.
